Update: Finally got paid for accident escrow after 8 long years. Attorney said they guaranteed fighting my claim but later stated the expense to continue was too great. I can't recommend this firm to anyone. They also mixed my file up with my wife's file and crossed letters to wrong physicians. What horrible mix-ups. They just don't give you the attention you need regardless of their TV advertising. ============== Original post below. Case was settled long ago and still waiting for full payment. When we call the never return the call. They are never too busy to accept your case and take to court but too busy to return calls. Still waiting. My wife's case awaits remaing payment of many thousands but lawyers there say it too expensive to sue. I'm guessing their 33% isn't enough.
