Iam writing to express my sincere gratitude to Diya Matthews and her team at Chugh, LLP for their outstanding representation of me in my Green Card application. I was referred to Diya by a friend who had also used their services, and I am so glad that I did. Diya was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in immigration law. She took the time to understand my specific situation and explain the options available to me in a way that was clear, and easy to understand. She was also very patient and understanding, answering all my questions without judgment. Sreelatha Babu handled my case initially and guided me to prepare the initial application and collect all the supporting documents. She was a good listener with a lot of patience to answer every question I had. She then transitioned my case to Swapnali Kelkar because of her extended vacation for a few months. Swapnali continued with my application with the support of Sergio Gonzalez. I certainly appreciate their patience and nuances they focused on. It took nearly a month to month and a half to have all my documents ready before filing my application. I was a bit impatient and pushed to apply faster, however Swapnali explained the need to submit a flawless application. From the day they FedEx the documents, I was updated with all communications they get from USCIS. I got restless and call Sergio or Swapnali and they were polite enough and answered my queries. Finally, my case was approved, and my entire process was so smooth and simple. I am so grateful for Diya Matthews and her team's help in getting my case approved.
