I had an excellent experience with Justin Gillman and his staff. Justin was very easy to speak with and his firm was phenomenal with communication at every level. I prefer texting/emails over phone calls and they were very accommodating and made the entire process as painless (emotionally & financially) as possible. This office is very organized and extremely competent. I highly recommend and rest assured that I do not hand out professional compliments easily. I am very grateful that I selected this firm to handle my situation.

I consulted this lawyer for advice about my situation, He advised me to go on with bankruptcy but I decided to hold on for few more months to try loan modification (on my own) which it was approved Thank GOD. I paid this lawyer $1000 towards bankruptcy filing which he asked for 3k. Since I’m not going to file for bankruptcy I should get my $1000 back minus his one hour consultation fee which was $400. So He suppose to refund me $600. Guess what? He said NO REFUND! I asked why? He said because I opened a “file” for you. What file? I said , I did NOT send you any documents and you did NOT process anything for me AT ALL. I’m entitled for 600$ refund don’t you think ??? What If I paid 3k then I changed my mind and did not proceed with bankruptcy. Will I get my money back or not ?

Mr Gillman was very helpful with my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. In the beginning it felt very overwhelming, but he helped me along the way with everything from filling out paperwork to court, and any questions I had along the way. It was a long 5 years, but having completed it recently I must say it was totally worth it!
