We were recommended to Gillman and Gillman by a friend at a time in our lives when we truly needed a fresh start. From the moment we walked into the office Mr. Gillman was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I remember my husband and I leaving the office full of hope that this could work for us. Things went exactly as Mr. Justin Gillman said they would and we got our fresh start. I would high recommend (and have) these offices to a friend.

He and his staff kept after us to make sure we submitted documents timely, made sure we were at conferences, and simply managed the whole affair. Along with being competent, Justin is very personable. We always felt comfortable talking with him, asking him questions, and walking through options. We never felt looked down upon, or ashamed to be in the situation we were in. He talked to us with a nice mixture of matter-of-fact necessity and tension breaking humor. We really appreciated that. We sought out legal help in desperation and we've been able to live normal lives since. That's something we didn't think possible a few years ago. If you're in a financial hole and need legal counsel, Justin is your guy.

Very rude and unprofessional...As I was explaining my situation with a man name Allen he rudely hung up the phone on me in frustration because his secretary wrote down the wrong information. ..EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. ...the only reason they got 1 star cause zero wasnt an option

Jusin Gillman was direct, honest and quite knowledgeable. His staff was always polite and helpful. Although the process of going bankrupt was something I felt would be painful and demeaning, Justin made the process quite the opposite. I could have gone to another Attorney but now, having gone through it with Justin Gillman as my attorney, I know the right choice was made. The timeline given was exactly what I was told it would be. In fact, there were no surprises. If anyone finds themselves in the unenviable position of having to file for bankruptcy, I highly recommend Gillman and Gillman. I truly got more than my money 's worth.

I hate to leave a negative or below average feedback, but I feel sorry I had to do it in this case. I met this lawyer to discuss my bankruptcy case, however due to other reasons I could not retain this lawyer. But I was charged $1,000 for an hour and 1/2 meeting (no retainer signed). I requested some money back, but never heard back. But I do see this attorney having good knowledge, so he gets 5 starts for that. But overall I was disappointed, because he didn't return the unused money, especially I explained that that money will help me with my delayed rent payment etc.. Anyway my experience doesn't mean you would experience the same as long as you are smart not to pay any money up front unless a retainer is signed, so on that front my own review for myself as a person is very poor, mean innocent :-). Hope Gods will save innocents.

Working with Justin and his team on my Bankruptcy Chapter 7 was done efficiently and accurately. Clear communication via email and phone, as well as, in person was done in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with Justin's knowledge, experience and sound advice. This process was started and completed within two months. I highly recommend Justin's service.

i chose to retain mr. gillman, right aftr our first meeting---he took a very complicated real estate situtation and broke it down so i could understand what i had to do to reach a resolutin, he and his staff were always available ----as a matter of fact they have been available to me very recently---i couldn't be more satifsfied, with their entire opperation.
