Victor Saul was recommended from a friend and we used him for selling a property. He was easy and pleasant to work with and stood up to the buyer when they tried something illegal on the day of closing. We were so happy with him and his staff, we used him a few months later for a purchase. He is now our ‘go to’ real estate attorney!

Mr. Saul was knowledgable, accessible and reasonable. Got the job done in an efficient and capable manner. Reasonably priced. Quickly got a court order to remove squatter in a property I owned. Then provided legal services to complete the sale of the same property. Would certainly use him again if I have a similar need.
