He always picked up my calls or called me right back, in court he was on time and sat with me through the whole process and got me the results we were looking for. Raul is my go to guy now he's great.

Raul Pinto did a great job throughout the whole process. I had a DC ticket get downgraded which is what the plan was from the start. Very good at communicating, very efficient, and would definitely recommend.
