When my grandmother died, Larry was incredibly helpful during this very hard time. He made dealing with her will and selling her house much easier. He was incredibly attentive and always available to answer questions about these complex processes, while being respectful to all parts of the family.

Mr. Centennial was great and staff was very helpful as well. I’m land lord and mid way through a case I had with another Attorney, which had several hidden fees and not upfront with me. I decided to find another Attorney. He was always available to speak too. The other Attorney I Only spoke too the other Attorney twice after 4 months. Also, the other Attorney staff that handle land lord tenant court was never at work On Monday and Fridays ridiculous. Mr Centennial Always responded to all my emails and calls. I especially like that fact after court they followed up with me and check to see if things were going well. They were on top of everything. He was informative he new the law and no hidden fees. If you need an Attorney he it’s. I will definitely use his services again.

Larry is extremely knowledgeable in real estate and landlord–tenant law, and I would not hesitate to refer family or friends to him. I have known and worked with Larry for at least 6–7 years, and know him to be trustworthy and kind, but when being nice doesn't work, he knows how to roll up his sleeves and make things happen.
