As a loan officer, I work with many attorneys. I was very impressed with Larry's responsiveness and follow through while working with him and his client on a purchase. I had another client, with a difficult deal that involved multiple title transfers and referred those clients to him. He qucikly determined the best way to structure this and finished up preparing the deeds quickly. I highly recommend him!

After purchasing an occupied bank owned home earlier this year I knew I was going to have issues removing the occupant, and knew it would not be easy during the Covid moratorium. Once I spoke with Mr. Centanni, and explained the situation, he immediately told me how we were going to pursue the removal of the occupant. Within a few weeks we were speaking with the judge who granted me an ejectment. Although he could not guarantee me any result, Mr. Centanni was confident and very professional throughout the whole process. I was very impressed he was able to get this done for me, and I would absolutely use him again. If you are experiencing a similar situation do yourself a favor, and call Mr. Centanni. You will not be disappointed!

The worst part here is that it only goes up to 5 stars. Larry, goes above and beyond, under promises and over delivers. He cares about each transaction. He always wants to make sure you understand every aspect of the transaction that you are committing to. There are a lot of attorneys out there but I haven't met one that cares and communicates better than Larry does. Thank you Larry for being the 1% of amazing attorneys out there. BTW I got another deal on the table.
