Brian Klein worked on my behalf for a slip and fall on faulty pavement for several years. We hired Attorney Brian Klein from the Law Offices of RoseMarie Arnold's firm in Fort Lee, NJ, to represent us in a "slip and fall" case. My husband Richard Grassani, was injured when the outside stairs broke as he was just walking normally down them. Our landlord knew for a long time that the outside stairs were falling apart but kept postponing fixing them. With that said my husband was thrown to the ground as the step fell off with him on it. Attorney Brian Klein was assigned as our Attorney to work on our case. Brian was courteous, educated, knowledgeable and peserverant in handling every aspect of our case. As we never had been in a personal injury lawsuit before this, we naturally had many questions during the course of this lawsuit. Brian always helped us understand many things and gave us answers to all our questions. He was very patient and extremely easy to communicate with throughout the entire lawsuit. He and his paralegal Phil made this tragedy much easier to get through and we had a favorable outcome when finalized. Both Brian Klein and his paralegal Phil always had a positive attitude and were extremely professional while adding humour at the same time. This helped our anxiety level go way down which was so important. When my wife was pregnant, she and I got hit by the teenager's car. My car was totaled. My shoulder labrum was torn and had to have a surgery to repair. Since my wife was pregnant, she could not really received any medical treatment except massage. I went to a Korean lawyer whom I heard from my friend. She was screwed up my case and I never had a chance to speak to her. So, I switched my lawyer and went to Attorney Brian Klein. He was a completely different Attorney than the previous lawyer. I got the personal attention. He did not rush me on the phone conversation. I spoke to him him (Yes attorney! ) instead of the paralegals. I know that other lawyers put clients on the phone with paralegals all the time and refuse to talk to clients. I got the maximum $100,000 from my insurance. My wife also got pretty good amount of money considering her complexity of her case (Not being able to take MRI during pregnancy). He is very nice to me. However, he is very tough to insurance companies and my car hitter !

Me and my wife used Brian after our accident in 2013. He is completely professional and was there for us during a very difficult time in our lives.
