Robert is the best real estate attorney I've ever encountered. He was tremendous through the entire process (as is his staff - notably, Jacq). He answers most emails within seconds. Does he ever take a break? Not sure, but his selflessness translates into a less worrying experience for you, should you have concerns and who doesn't when buying a place. We had some issue post-closing on the purchase of a short sell, and Robert worked just as hard then, as during the entire case, when most attorneys would have tried to charge extra for additional services. He is ethical and dogged in getting you the place of your dreams, but keeps you totally informed, so your feet remain firmly planted on the ground. If you need a real estate attorney, look no further than Robert Silber. I can't recommend him highly enough.
