Spent tremendous time walking us through our contract in attorney review process, good at explaining things clearly. Also helped us review all the closing documents before we actually went into the room for closing. Very easy to work with.

I bought my property with other attorneys and sold it with Ms. Song and her team. I was amazed by my experience this time! While others sent contract for review and signature, Ms. Song walked me through it line by line to interpret them in layman's words and explain the common practices, exceptions and red flags in the contract. I have never signed a contract that's clearer. Ms. Song also shared me a timeline list and followed up with all parties to make sure we follow the timeline for a speedy close. Responsive was not enough to describe her work, as she actually took the lead on the action items to make sure others including me were responsive. Ms. Song was also super familiar with different situations in real estate transaction. When wire transfer was delayed, she got on the call with me to guide the costumer service to track the transaction. There is nothing more you can expect for a real estate attorney!
