She communicated clearly with me with detailed points in the documents, and also type clearly the notes and comments in the pdf (as a comparison, the seller's lawyer wrote and scanned the paper document and the handwriting is hard for me to read). She also helped me think about the strategy to negotiate based on the rider and home inspection report.
