She is professional and patient, and has played the critical role in pushing forward our case to closing. Our property had very complicated situations. It is a multi family and has multiple tenants that need to deal with. In addition, it had back and forth discussion and negotiation with sellers for inspection and title! Jenny coordinated the communication with sellers attorney pretty well and drove the process moving forward smoothly. Jenny is knowledgeable about everything in real estate transaction.
