When our first purchase contract fell through due to structural issues with the house, Rita was not only timely and helpful, but provided her services at a reduced fee. It was a no brainer to hire her office again when we found another house. This transaction was a bit rocky due to appraisal values and other hurdles. Rita and Rosa worked diligently to help us resolve issues in a timely manner and get the best result for us. Any real estate transaction can be nerve wracking - even when everything goes as planned. Being a first time home buyer I was surprised to learn that I not only had to hire and attorney, but that it would be an additional fee added to an already expensive venture. BUT as soon as I started working with Rita I completely understood and didn’t mind it and was grateful. She immediately stepped in and reworded my offer letter, keeping my best interest at heart. The fee is a small price to pay for her being your advocate and seeing you through the entire process. She was willing to reply to a constant flood of emails from me and she is essentially a riffraff catcher and keeps you from hearing all the little nuances and problems that can arise during the process.
