Penrose & Associates has courteous and responsive administrative staff. Scheduling has always been convenient and relatively quick, even during the height of tax season. Working with Ms. Penrose has increased my own knowledge of tax policy, especially with changes over the past few years. I would absolutely recommend her services. Her rates are also very competitive with others in the areas.

I have been using this CPA service for yeas now. I am beyond pleased with the services they provide. Ms. Penrose and her team are very cordial and pleasant to work with. She goes above and beyond to ensure that she follows through on her agreements. Sometimes you work with organizations that promises a phone cal back to your request. A week later, you find yourself still waiting for the phone call. Not so with Ms. Penrose. When her secretary says she will call you later, she typically does, even if it is after hours. I have been so pleased with their services and I highly recommend her

We've been doing our taxes here for over 10 years and I must say that we've never been disappointed. They are very knowledgeable about the laws and they work diligently to give us a happy refund amount, when possible. They also do my relative business accounting and bookkeeping and they are quite satisfied.
