I have never thought of myself as a person who seeks legal advice after being involved in a car accident because the thought of dealing with the court system would give me anxiety! After some thoughtful consideration and after hearing my husband have positive feedback from one of his friend’s we called Brandon Broderick’s office. This was right before the pandemic stuff hit. I sat down with Vincent and he took care of everything. I never stepped foot in court, never had to sit down for questioning in front of a judge. I presented all my documentation- his office took care of the rest. And I literally mean they took care of the rest. Hospital records, police reports, medical reports and they even spoke to the insurance company on my behalf. A week after my initial visit at the office I got a call from the paralegal Mayling and she and I worked for several months getting me the care I needed. We kept a running call log. Whenever I went to an appointment I would cal and let her know how it went, then she would call to follow up and ask what the next step of care is for me. When I didn’t know she would guide me so that I would know what to say. I was given tools to defend myself and demand the type of care I wanted to receive. When I initially had my accident I was in pain, went to the emergency room and was told “nothing is broken, no slipped discs- you’re bruised up and whiplash. You’re going to be in some pain but it’ll get better”. Well 3 months later I was in so much pain that regular activity was excruciating. When I explained this to the lawyer he guided me towards what type of care I should have requested. I never knew what type of medical care I would require if it had not been for him and Mayling. I was able to quickly get appointments with an orthopedic, a chiropractor, I had physical therapy and even went to pain management. Most of the appointments Mayling made on my behalf and a few I had to call and follow up for myself. All in the middle of a pandemic! My goal with seeking legal advice was never to make money off it- but I didn’t find it fair that I had pain and all the insurance of the other car involved did was pay off my totaled car. The team at Brandon Broderick always kept this in mind. When surgery was suggested for some herniated discs and I was apprehensive- they backed me up 100%. In the end I did receive some compensation and received my check in the mail in less than a week. A lovely employee who shall go nameless even went an extra step to explain a concept foreign to me when it comes down to insurance policies and coverages. I hold that knowledge close to me and have shared it with as many people as I know. It was a wonderful experience- I would recommend for anyone who was involved in a car accident who is unsure of what to do next- who covers what bills, will I have pain forever, is it too late to get medical attention — call Brandon Broderick’s office. And if you don’t speak a lot of English call anyway because Mayling speaks it well and she is very knowledgeable on everything. I’m sure they have other people on staff that can help. I never felt ripped off. Everything was clear and was presented clearly. I hope to never have a car accident again, but if I or anyone in my family does- we would definitely call Brandon Broderick’s office again.

So I was a pedestrian in a motor vehicle accident two years ago. This firm is absolutely amazing. The staff from top to bottom make you feel like family. From day One, I felt like they cared about my health and well-being above anything else. Once I was ok then we moved on from there. Every step of the way, they listened and acted upon ANYTHING that was wrong immediately and got results asap vs other firms that string you along making you feel like a number. Whenever i was talking to them, you can tell they wanted to help and are compassionate. Every so many days, I was getting a phone call checking on me, not a text or an email, but an actual call to physically hear a voice to see how I was, and when I was in more pain or something not being done properly, they took care of it sooner than later. When other issues arrose with checks not coming, they got on the phone within the hour and had answers as to what was happening usually that same day or the next day if the other side didn't pick up, which other firms i had dealt with let similar stuff go for weeks on end before hearing anything. During the early stages of the pandemic, the firm made it perfectly clear that if i dont feel comfortable with anything going on to let them know and they would work with the other side with their demands for pt while the restrictions were bent cause of the situation we were in, the other side were out of state and did not care NJ was hit bad demanding I go no matter what, the firm made it MY choice not someone out if state controlling my health. Even when I had other outside issues, they did everything in their power to help guide me and my family in the right direction whenthey themselves could not physically. When it was all said and done, my settlement was much more than expected and the money came extremely quick. This firm is absolutely the best one around. This company was very helpful with assisting me to receive services such as medical care and physical therapy along with a fair compensation for my injuries. Being from Maryland and not being familiar with the area I didn’t really know which area in New Jersey to seek representation for my injury. I googled around and called several law offices being told by all I would receive a call back. I called this office and the female staff who answered was very friendly and professional when asking me questions so she could pass along to a paralegal to call me back who I heard from that evening. I was in Maryland and able to evaluated by a doctor and then sent to start PT. To say the least that was really a peace of mind being I was injured in New Jersey while on vacation and my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Once finished it took some time to settle the case due the adjuster not wanting to be within reason of what he felt was a reasonable amount to pay for services I received .
