Submitted prior work from excellent estate lawyer who basically moved his practice to NYC. This law firm recommended to review and update everything. Sent back a minimal boilerplate which was in the previous estate plan. Never heard from again as to review(s) , desires recommendations, and what was needed, etc. Got the job done by an excellent firm in paramus. I recently scheduled four free consultations to discuss a specific estate planning issue. One attorney was fine but very, very guarded as far as what she'd say, and two attorneys lied left and right to try to get my business. Then I spoke with Ms. Paton, who told me exactly what I needed to know. She told me where I stand and explained why I might want to retain counsel and why I might want to hold off. And everything she said was corroborated by what I'd found from multiple online sources. She was very straight forward, very down to earth, and very honest, with no pressure. Whether I do hire counsel for this particular issue or not, she is the only attorney I'll even consider retaining for any of my estate planning needs.

Kimberly was so helpful with my in-laws estate before and after they passed. If we didn't hire her beforehand to set up power of attorney, trusts and wills there would have been so many problems and hold ups with their estate. We also set up our own power of attorney and living wills with her. Highly recommend!
