I found Ms. Rosa Ricketts’s name on AVVO and was not disappointed. We had a consultation first and I was impressed with Ms. Ricketts’s ability to listen, outline in easy to understand terms the process and explain what to expect. In addition to being a stressful situation by nature, my case had to be handled in a different state, meeting with my attorney only virtually. Ms. Ricketts took my case and handled it to a successful resolution. She did it very professionally and was available, responsive, and supportive during the whole time. She wrote all documents and made sure everybody involved worked together without delays and hostility. She made sure I had a written explanation of each document I needed to sign and was there to answer my questions. I never felt rushed or my attorney being impatient. Ms. Ricketts made me feel like I was her only client. Her staff was very organized, diligent, and knowledgeable making it much easier for me.
