I have dealt with 3 lawyers who just wasted my money. Mr,Schutz is very knowledgeable in NJ and NY laws, thorough in his approach, and to the point. He is very dedicated in what he is doing and standing by his client's interest. He would be my only attorney from now on. I highly recommend Mr.Schutz.

He is EXTREMLY knowledgeable, keeps your best interest first and fights for what's right. He kept us completely informed, educated us on process and is quiet the attorney you want when dealing with landlord/tenant issues. He is trust worthy and in it for law and rights of his clients not for the money or reviews and it clearly shows with it work ethic and knowledge. He is hands down the best lawyer I have ever encountered or met. My husband and I are trial lucky to have him representing us against our landlord who has harrassed us and just been a nightmare but despite it all Matt has worked around the clock on our case to make sure we get the best outcome. Mr. Schutz answered several of my landlord/tenant questions on Avvo. All his answers guided me in selecting the right strategy when I was getting ready to defend myself in court.
