THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE OF YOU BARRY! This is a 100% true review of Barry Janay. STAY AWAY FROM BARRY JANAY!! Of course he will dispute the truth about his dereliction. What a crook!! They don't know what they're doing at all, they don't even check for updates on laws in their area of practice!! It cost me over $7000 for NOTHING!! THEY CHARGED OVER $1200 FOR WRITING A LETTER by USING A TEMPLATE THAT STILL HAD OTHER /PREVIOUS CLIENTS NAMES STILL IN IT!! COURT DATE WAS 08/08/2023 AND LETTER OF OBJETION WAS WRITTEN ON 08/0702023. I HAVE THE INVOICES!! SNAKE OIL SALESMAN. HE YELLED AT ME, HE IS NO LONGER MY REPRESENTATIVE. HE IS A 3 YEAR OLD IN A SUIT. I'm sure a man with his "disposition " is abusive to many people. If he yelled at me when I was paying $400 an hour, I can only imagine how he treats his wife and daughter.

My name is Aaron Barnard. Barry Janay amd his associates are crooks and derelicts that cost me over $7000 and he didn't even talk to me. They made negotiations without my knowledge and tried to rush my case through. Just a bunch of CROOKS!!!

I feel fantastic about my experience. I was an emotional wreck when I first contacted Barry and his team survived all my emotional distress and helped me correct an extremely complicated will dispute. I think that any other lawyer would have told me that they couldn’t help me. I have been a Paralegal since I am 19 yrs old (44 now). As you can imagine, I have had my share of dealings with many attorneys/law firms. This Firm was hired by my Niece & Nephew for a Guardianship Proceeding in Westchester County, State of New York. I must say, I am quite impressed! Attorney Janay is on Point, Professional, Comforting and not of a greedy heart. His fees definitely reflect the Level of Services His Firm provides without question. You do get what you pay for! His Associates are wonderful. Specifically, Attorney Andrew Zeitz. I will admit, I was skeptical at first because he is a young attorney. HOWEVER, Attorney Janay knew exactly what he was doing in hiring Attorney Zeitz! Yes he is very bright! I was impressed with his personable approach!
