I am very disappointed in the quality of services I received. They did not communicate where they were in the process and often dropped the ball dealing with Cashapp. I wished I received updates as often as I received billing invoices.

I contacted Barry Janay on April 8th about helping my relative get transferred to a different nursing home because of the poor care he was getting. It was an urgent situation. I spent an hour on a conference call with Barry Janay explaining the situation. He told me he would send a draft letter to me for the facility by the next day. By April 13th I contacted the office because I had not received the letter. He spoke to his staff and told me the letter would be sent before the end of the day. By the next day I demanded a refund of my $ 1000.00 because I still had not received the letter. He was very rude in his response to me and they sent me a false receipt claiming that the letter was sent the day before. I looked through my emails and junk mail throughly. The letter was never sent until after I requested the refund. You can see that he has more negative reviews than positive. The negative reviews give him one star. That shows how bad the service is. I suspect the 5 star reviews are from people that know him. Take a look at his responses to the negative reviews. It’s all excuses and nasty remarks. No apologies. Don’t use this lawyer.

Been trying to get touch with Neal Flaster for couple months now and NOTHING. It appears he screens his calls/emails/texts. OK things take time to review but COME ON!! at least have the decency to communicate especially when a family who is grieving mind you, has called the office #/cell # left messages /emailed , even text…MULTIPLE times. This is how your organization runs? LACK OF EMPATHY AND POOR COMMUNICATION. I would not recommend. Get you a lawyer who TRULY cares, is professional, communicates, and doesn’t make up excuses (whether you have a case or not COMMUNICATE that and offer some guidance). Only a TRUE professional would! After my calls/emails/texts were avoided by Neal. My sister tried from her number and he answered. He asked how much did my father make? What would that have to do with a potential case? Wanted to see if my father had money as a black man? Because his question was irrelevant

Erin, assisted me through a recent parenting time issue. I have been divorces for over 12 years and I can say hands down, I wish I hired her form my divorce and wholeheartedly believe, had I done so, I wouldn't have been in the situation I recently found myself. She built a game plan, listened at every step to my concerns and ultimately executed on that game plan achieving my desired result. She was empathetic, strategic and tactful. I have worked with numerous attorneys through the years and consider Erin to be one of the best if not THE best.

From the very beginning of my long and arduous road to being divorced, Erin made me feel comfortable with the process. She is clearly knowledgeable and flexible. If something needs to get done, she'll make sure it is, even if you pivoted at the last minute (like I did). She is also thorough in her reviews. I a CPA, but since I'm not perfect, Erin reviewed a spreadsheet I put together and found an error that saved me thousands of dollars. Erin will get back to you when she says she will. Phone calls and emails are responded to promptly, and always pleasantly For me, the bottom line is this - if I ever needed an attorney again, Erin would be my first stop, even though I've relocated to Florida. I changed all my doctors, financial institutions, etc. but I'm not changing my lawyer. You will not regret hiring her

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!!!!!!! I searched on the internet seeking an attorney who worked on contingency or pro-bono basis and received an email from Attorney Barry Janay. His receptionist responded to set up a free 15 minute consultation in an hour. I called and was put on hold, then told to call back in 5 mins. Atty. Janay and I connected but because of poor reception and static, I could barely hear him. I briefly explained my problem but had to keep asking and repeating..."Can you hear me?" He suddenly interrupted me and said he would be happy to write a letter to the person(s) involved but charges $1,000. I told him of my financial status and asked if he would accept $500...he said no. I told him I went on-line to search for someone who I could hire on a contingency or pro-bono basis and he responded via email. He put me on hold again...returned and abruptly dismissed me by saying he was hanging up because he had to take another call. I found him to be rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. By the way, this consultation took less then 3 minutes. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s hard to know where to even begin to convey how I feel about my divorce attorney, Erin Brueche, of Weinberger Law Group. I did an extensive, almost 6-month search, but from the moment my two adult daughters and I met Erin, I knew she was “The One” I wanted to represent me in filing for divorce.
