Mark was truly a blessing. I was involved in a car accident and every lawyer I had seen since then could not give me a straight answer and I felt like I was getting the run around. I was referred to Mark from a close family friend and after our initial meeting I knew that he was the right lawyer for me. He was extremely clear and honest about what my options were and what to expect. The process itself was made so painless and easy to understand, it took the stress out of the situation. I could not have been happier with my result.

I had to retain an attorney very late in the game after my insurance company informed me that my liability coverage would be insufficient to cover the claims against me in an auto accident. I had been represented by the insurance company's legal firm, which appeared to be a good choice; however, a preliminary arbitration ruling that the damages substantially exceeded my liability limits resulted in the insurance company suggesting I obtain my own counsel. With a court date just ten days away, the outlook was bleak -- and unexpected -- as until then I had been lead to believe the limits of my liability insurance would be sufficient to settle the cases. At that point, I was fortunate to have Mark McMenamy recommended to me by a trusted business associate. Mark proceeded to immediately gather the facts, review the five separate lawsuits filed against me plus the arbitrator's findings, and developed a strategy for dealing with the five other law firms involved in the case. He also had to deal with the Court, as a trial date had been set. Mark immediately impresses with not only his obvious intelligence and remarkable energy, but also with his knowledge of the law and its practical implementation in cases such as mine. He can be as "hard nosed" as necessary, and you wouldn't want to be facing him in court; however, equally impressive is his ability to work effectively with others ... the other layers and the insurance company, in my case. For me, working with Mark was both easy and supremely reassuring, and he kept me apprised on a frequent and timely basis. My emails to him were unfailingly answered promptly, often within minutes. It was quite a contrast to the frustration I'd experienced when trying to get information and updates from the previous law firm representing me. The result of engaging Mark was that although the preliminary arbitrator's opinion indicated my liability insurance would fall short of covering the total cost of the cases by a very significant amount, Mark was able to negotiate a fair settlement of all five lawsuits. Given the arbitrator's opinion and the fact I didn't realize until very late in the process that I needed additional legal representation, the results of Mark's efforts were truly miraculous. I couldn't recommend an attorney with more enthusiasm and confidence. If you are reading this review, you have just found your man.
