We were referred by a family friend and had a really great experience working with them in buying our first property. We mainly worked with Joan, who is AMAZING. It took us a while to close because things kept getting dragged out, but Joan was so helpful and so responsive throughout the entire process. She responds so quickly - I don't think she ever took longer than an hour or so to get back to us. She was patient in explaining everything to us and gave helpful advice whenever we sought it. When coordinating/negotiating certain things with the other party's attorney, she really advocated for us. Based on internal discussions with her, we wanted to request certain things and in some cases she was able to get us more than what we had initially requested, which was amazing. We had closing set for a Friday afternoon which bled into the evening and throughout the entire day, she was there to help us with everything we needed to ensure that closing went smoothly. In terms of fees, it was very reasonable especially considering how much time they spent working on our transaction and the quality of the service provided. Would definitely work with them again and recommend them to any friends/family looking to purchase real estate in the area.
