I had a car accident back in 2014, which wasn't my fault and a car hit mine from behind. It was my first car accident and Jay Lee Law office helped my case. At first, I thought lawyers here were not helping me enough, but later I realized that a car accident case usually takes some time to get resolved. I had to go see doctors to find out what health problems I got, take MRI (which requires approval each time), get physical therapy regularly... I had my wrist pain a while after the accident, which ended up to a wrist surgery. All these were taken into evidences that the car accident gave a considerable damage to me, physically and mentally. So it was understandable that the whole process took long. It took about three years - first two years mainly to collect all the data and the last year took to have a meeting with the lawyer of the person who hit my car, other paperwork and so on. We were about to go to a court for this case, but the injurer'in insurance company suggested compensation and not bringing it to a court case. Jay Lee tried to increase the compensation and she actually did. Jay Lee was quite aggressive to win the case, which was really helpful. She also respected my opinion on the case. I heard that some lawyers want to go on and bring the case to a court when they think they can earn more money, but she didn't. She asked my opinion on the offered compensation amount and followed my decision. Yes, my case was a definitely winning case, as I was hit from behind. But it doesn't mean that the case won't take long, which I learned. Anyway, Jay Lee Law office tried their best to win my case and get satisfactory compensation. I was happy to choose Jay Lee Law office and I will choose here again if I get into another accident (hope that doesn't happen though). I recommended this office to my friend who had an accident about two years ago. (She was a pedestrian and was hit by a bus) And she also got compensations from the injurer's insurance company. I know that these two were definitely winning cases and I am not sure about other cases, but based on my experience, I would say that they are doing great jobs. Hope it helps. :)
