I have to say, before this experience, i had never been in a car accident ever in my life. I was referred to this firm by a family member, and my Lord, i was so nervous, and basically didn't know what in the world i was doing, soo confused, and just a total wreck to say the least. The minute i met with Aparra, i was soo relieved. This young woman just put me at such ease, although i was in such pain, that i went through the process. She has been by far, helpful, professional, answered any questions i had, she was very compassionate as well.
