2 years ago I was hit by a car crossing a street and we already settled the case.My case was handled by Sherri Breen who was very helpful, informative, courteous and professional along with the office staff. They would always answer my questions regardless of frequency. Very satisfied.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The language used in the office is appalling. Every time I arrived there was chaos. They were slow to return my calls and I always felt like I was bothering them or it was a bad time. Never again, there are lawyers on every corner. No one should have to put up with this.

I have been a client of the Law Offices of Rose Marie Arnold for the past few years. As an experienced business man, I have worked with and met many law firms and Lawyers over my years, however this is the first time I have been compelled to write a public review. The staff of Rose Marie Arnold are kind, empathetic and efficient to the client and the tasks at hand. My case was handled by the team of Natalie Shaw and her teamate Sakinah Johnson. Sakinah kept me up to date with the progress of my proceedings while Natalie spoke with the defendant. A great one two punch. The Law Offices of Rosemarie Arnold did an exceptional job with my father's lengthy injury case. Not only were they very informative and proactive but they were unbelievably understanding towards my father and his condition throughout this entire process. I was in a car accident.. I was refered to an Attorney in Morristown, my case was going no where. I was offered $3,000.00 to settle.. I use to drive a cab in Cliffside Park, and always heard great things about this firm. that was ten years ago then unfortunately I was involved in a car accident living 50 miles away I only thought of Rosemarie Arnold so I called they treated me and cared about my health and well being before anything then I went for my intake interview after that Natalie Zamitti Shaw my attorney was nothing but excellent but my favorite person and the person I always direct ant concerns to was Sakinah Johnson always there no matter the time even if it was returning my call at 9pm now me and Sakinah are also friends and I cant leave out Liz the girl who scheduled my depositions and would let me know when they were cancelled even though my letters said to call the day before Liz always called me instead of me calling her Thank you Rosemarie fro hiring class A+ girls I would recommend them to everyone so much that they represented my 2 sons and now my daughter thank you for taking such good care of me and my family.
