Great company!

In my case, it took years longer than I expected until reach final settlement due to pandemic. But at the end of the day, I believe they did great job for my case. I felt like they know what they’re doing. Will I go back to Jae Lee Law if I need ? Yes. Will I recommend them to my friends if they need ? Yes.

Regrettable experience with potential legal exposure. Working with Shane Sullivan has been a regrettable experience. Poor to no communication skills and very unprofessional. Whenever I would ask about about my case he would always say “I got it, it’s being handled, and to keep going to therapy.” My car accident happened on June 1st and he did not file a claim until June 16. It is now June 23rd and I am still left with no answers, no car, no rental. I did receive a call from my insurance who did inform me Shane Sullivan was no longer representing me which left me confused and even more frustrated because I had attended all my therapy sessions as recommended now may be faced with dr bills to figure out. After speaking with my insurance I called Shane to figure out what was going on and he did not respond. I just wish Shane Sullivan was more transparent with what was happening with my case instead of ignoring and dropping my case in the end. Shane Sullivan’s negligence in his services has left me with potential legal exposure, dr bills and VERY stressed. I wish I was able to have had the same experience most people had at Jae Lee law but unfortunately Shane Sullivan has tarnished this company prestige name in my eyes.

Last Saturday I fell off severely and badly in NJ transit bus 159. I injured my right wrist, rib, shoulder, left ankle, knee and my back. I could barely walk. I could not do any activities during this weekend because of the pain. Monday this office called me and said if the car hits you, we can help you but just pain we can not help you. This case will not be established. In the bus 159 obviously video monitoring will show what happened, all passengers were screamed because that was pretty huge noise and a sudden break pedal usage. They do not want to work hard with details. I feel like they only want to work with big money. They promote their company on TV. But not like they show up on the TV. So shallow company. Do not use this firm. I do not know how much rate you will decide with lawyer and you. But not trustful and not helpful one. 분명히 저와 같은 케이스들이 많이 있고 주말동안 통증이 너무 심해서 괴로움에 검색해봤더니 유사한 케이스들이 많았는데 사람이 차에 치이지 않는 이상 케이스가 성립되지 않아서 수임을 할 수 없다는 게 말이 안 되죠. 버스에서 거의 구르다싶이 해서 주변 사람들에 일으켜 세워주고 큰 사고였는데 통증이 돌아다니면서 몸이 아픈데 걸어가기 힘들어서 병원도 못 갔는데.. 이틀지난 오늘에서야 병원에 가보려고 하는데.. 전화받고 놀랐습니다. 구체적으로 물어보지도 않고 유사한 법적 케이스도 다 찾아봤는데…대중교통기관은 돈이 많이 나오지 않는다고 하더라고요. 한인방송에 열심히 일하는 것처럼 광고는 하면서 과연 실제로 그런지요.. 다른 변호사를 찾기로 했습니다.
