My mom had a bad fall in a parking lot, and our plan was to meet with three attorneys from three firms, and choose the best fit. Well, we met with Sheri Breen of Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold first, and that's it. It was a done deal. She's tenacious and engaging, and we knew we weren't going to find anyone with more energy. And luckily it wasn't just for show - she got my mom a great, and quick (ten months), settlement. It was far more than either of us hoped for. It blew us away. I didn't call her at all during the ten months, and she called me twice during that time to give me updates. I can't say how responsive she'd be if you pro-actively call her for updates, but you really don't need to. I just let her do her thing and she excelled. Her paralegal Katie is top-notch. I just emailed every photo and bill to her as I got them, and she'd reply within a couple of hours. It was smooth sailing. The expenses were very low. My wife once had an attorney who got her a settlement one-quarter the size of this one, and those expenses were higher. Finding a RIGHT lawyer is even harder. I get it. We all go through endless Google searches to find what we feel may be is the right office. Even then, there might be a question mark still hanging over our head. I went through the same. That is why I am glad I found this practice. Attorney Daniel Suh and his paralegal P. My case took almost 3 years to settle and there were plenty of times I wanted to give up, but my attorney was persistent even when I moved to another state. In the end I was pleased and I would recommend them for sure. If your case is a motor vehicle accident; your policy choices prior to will make a huge difference. NJ has these random rules that protects the insurance company, but Rosemarie's team know how to work within these parameters and deliver what I believe is the best outcome.
