His friendly nature, tremendous intellect/insight, and helpful demeanor went a long way while I was dealing with a very stressful situation (car accident) due to decisions I needed to make throughout the process. Dan is an extremely competent attorney who provides sage advice every step of the way. He is extremely responsive and keeps you posted on everything from beginning to end. The experience I had with Mena and Kelly and the Rosemarie Arnold Law Firm was the absolute best. When I first had my car accident, I wasn’t sure how to go upon suing to which my colleague recommended them to me and I’m grateful they did because the experience was the best. Since day one, Mena was transparent and very helpful with the entire process that was suing. This was my first time suing in this case and hopefully my last but Mena couldn’t have made this process any easier as he would take care of all the paperwork and working with my doctors and therapists. The best thing would be that he would call once or twice a week to check up on me and see if I had any questions. Now that this matter is resolved and the outcome is an awesome, I’m very grateful for them and would recommend them to any friends or family that go through this process.
