I spoke with David Nathan about creating a trust. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, easy to talk with and made time to have a consultation in the evening which I needed so my family could join the virtual meeting. I would highly recommend him as an eldercare attorney!

It is very rare to find an honest and caring lawyer these days. My experience with David Nathan was extremely helpful And insightful. It is not that often that someone takes the time to listen to your life and problems without charging and gives honest advice. (even if it doesn’t result in a profit on his end.). David took the time to virtually meet with me for over 45 minutes and listen to my problems and my situation about my disabled son. He was very empathetic to my situation and honest with his advice. I appreciate his knowledge and advice and will absolutely be using his services in the future. I felt compelled to post this review because I know first hand, how hard it is to find a lawyer that is honest, caring and thinking in your best interest! it’s important that people choose the right lawyer and someone they can trust. I definitely got that with David Nathan and would refer him to anyone who is in need of his services!

Although David was very knowledgeable about what he does he falsely led us to believe he could get my mother a permanently guaranteed spot in a care facility and then because of that would be able to set up a trust. After paying him a large amount of money he came back and said that he was unable to get the guaranteed spot and when I didn’t want to set up the trust because I needed to keep all of her money for her care he would not return any of large amount of money we gave him even though he did not render any services. I am very unhappy and will never recommend this practice to anyone I know.

It’s not often that people take the chance to simply offer you helpful advice and steer you in a different direction. I was looking for help with a questionable contract I got myself involved in and before taking a chance to look at my case (and money) - I was instructed of several alternative resources that are specifically designed to remedy situations like mine at no cost. I can honestly say I was willing to spend the money for the legal advice because I felt quite lost. However, at the Weinstein Law Office, ~ethics~ prevailed. I spent 30 minutes on the phone discussing the matter and almost forgot I was talking to a lawyer, it felt like I was getting guidance from a family friend more than anything. Very warm and personable staff, rest assured this is the type of group I’d seek out first for any future legal matters. Thank you David!
