I had the pleasure of working with some incredible attorneys at Lomurro Law. My case had many complicated layers and each lawyer handled my situation with dignity and compassion. They are very knowledgeable and treat you just like family. Not once was I made to feel like I was just another case. Erik Yngstrom and Richard Galex did their absolute best for me . It was a very long and tiresome battle but Erik Yngstrom worked very hard to get us to the finish line. I am grateful for the outcome they were able to achieve in my case. I would without any hesitation recommend Erik and Lomurro Law to anyone looking for an attorney. They will fight for you to the very end.

My experience with this Lomurro Law was such a pleasant one. I was dealing with a situation with identity theft, and someone manipulated me into purchasing Xanax and then I was arrested with it in the car. and ultimately I was looking at consequences that involved felony charges. I met with many lawyers to go over my options none of which felt confident on taking my case due to previously having another court incident the year prior that was a conditional discharge that wasn’t fully completed. I had received Emeka’s phone number through a personal source who’s also in the profession, that spoke highly of him. Emeka was able to get me into a program that would 100% drop everything. Not only did he get me into a program that involved a therapeutic setting for the charges, but I didn’t even meet the requirements for the program. The program was for people fighting opiate chargers in superior court. My charge was superior court, but not for opiates. Emeka fought for me the entire time while on this program while I was throwing Grenades the entire time. Ultimately I should have been kicked out of the program, but he even fought for me with the people involved in the opiate diversion program. Furthermore, I was originally hand selected by Monmouth county prosecutor office as their first client to be apart of this program. I am a person who holds multiple degrees, including a masters degree. Emeka helped save my career as everything including the prior incident from the year prior was all dropped. It’s a year and half later, and I am still working with Emeka on other matters in my life. I’ll most likely forever bring all legal matters to him. He gets things done. Emeka, thank you so much for everything. You will not be disappointed if you hire him. I highly recommend this firm. Everyone I came in contact with was just so lovely!

If there ever was a term like "Good Bedside Manner" for attorneys they've earned it. Sean Wirth is an excellent attorney. He is kind, patient and has a very calming presence. I went through a difficult separation from my ex and Mr. Wirth has helped me with getting primary custody of our two girls (still joint custody, but they live with me). I have called him in a panic more times than I can count over something my ex has threatened or said to me, and every time he was able to calm me down with his knowledge of the law and what was likely and unlikely to happen. He is very knowledgeable and his advice is direct and honest. He has excellent connections to quality therapists (reunification /family) and without his advice and guidance I would be lost.
