Having never worked with a lawyer before, I was terrified because of my situation and also very concerned about being taken advantage of. Never thinking I would ever need the services of being represented by an attorney. It happened. I was involved in an auto accident. I cannot fully express in words the extent of compassion, understanding and professionalism that I received by Herb Ellis and his entire office. I hope I will never need services like this again. What an incredible Attorney and office staff, they've become a part of my family over the years. Herb has handled traffic violations, a Workers Compensation case and a house closing for me. He has also handled criminal cases and divorces for family friends. I've recommended him over and over for 10+ years and I've never heard a complaint. That is how I found Herb Ellis and his team. I decided: if I'm going to pay that much for a reduced violation, I might as well pay an Attorney to beat it and beat them he does!
