Fast and convenient?

Mr. Bestafka took my case on extremely short notice he was direct and to the point, he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but was very straight forward and honest which was greatly appreciated. He was extremely respectful and responsive to all my questions and concerns and took a huge amount of stress off me during the whole process I could not be happier or more highly recommend Mr. Bestafka!

Andrew's worst problem is his ego. He doesn't like questions, client involvement, or any form of disagreement. Clients are expected to willfully submit to his "superior knowledge". Full disclosure, I am a hands on client. I read every document, conducted my own research, and questioned the strategy for my case. Andrew did not like questioning. He viewed this as a challenge to his authority and would easily become agitated. My divorce was particularly "ugly." Andrew is not the attorney to hire for complicated cases. I think he could adequately quarterback a routine/uncontested divorce but he struggles with complex cases. Specifically, Andrew was wrong at every major juncture in my case. He would make calls on how a judge would rule, what compromises were likely agreeable, or how the opposing party would respond to court motions. I'm not exaggerating; every call he made was wrong. He was out-smarted and didn't have the knowledge or experience to handle a hard case. This hurt me financially and emotionally. I made a terrible mistake hiring Andrew. The worst part was that I had to fight the other party as well as my own attorney. He was not on my side. Too often, his ego would take over, especially when I questioned why he was out-smarted. You only get one shot. Get it right. Do not put your life in Andrew's hands if things are complicated.

If you’re unfortunate to ever go through the divorce process, Andrew is the person you need to hire. He is not the “stereotypical” lawyer who only cares about his fees, but someone who will guide you on the right path. He brings an objective view to a very difficult situation and always has the best interests of his client at heart.
