The lawyer knows what he is doing. When there was an issue, he followed up and guided me through the process. He and his team communicated very well with me. But when I reached closing on a short sale, there were one or two price differences in the HOA fees that I didn't know about. Besides that, I highly recommend Eric to help you with your real estate contract.
