Update: just wanted to thank Tomes law firm again for the way they handled my bankruptcy and the way my life has changed since. I’m just over a year out and I needed a car and I was nervous to go to the dealer but I sat down with the finance department and I was approved with a 6% interest rate with a normal bank which is a lot better than the 25% I was paying before the bankruptcy THANK YOU!!!! I just wanted to take a moment and thank EVERYONE at Tomes Law Firm for all the hard work that they put into my bankruptcy. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They were with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering bankruptcy.

I will start off by saying I have never had the need for an attorney except to write up legal forms for a business. But after having an accident August 2019 I just didn't know where to turn and then I found Tomes Law Firm. I immediately noticed what a well ran business this was from the 1st phone call, to the setting up of my meeting with Frances Tomes, then my meeting with Frances and all of the interaction that every single person who works at this firm and their roles. They have all of the bases covered and they always let me know what was going on, usually by Frances herself or a call for a phone conference with her. Caroline and Angela have been extremely helpful recently setting up appointments, gathering the information needed, sending me text reminder and email reminder of my appointments. All of the women in Tomes Law Firm, all of their time and actions through my law suit I never had to worry....I had a TEAM of hard working compassionate women that I could count on and not worry about a thing! Frances was able to get my injury case resolved in a timely manner through covid and to my satisfaction! Thank you Frances and ALL! I am now working with Monika at the firm setting up a Living Trust and now again with Frances about my LLC and my personal business I own. They do it all and they do it with such professionalism. Monika Mazurczyk and the Tomes Law Firm are amazing! This is my second time working with Monika. I live in NY and knew when I needed to hire someone again Monika was the person to go with once again even though she was in NJ. Tomes Law Firm is excellent. Ive used them for a few legal issues and can tell you she gets results, quickly. Shes thorough, fair, knows the law and legal processes.
