I never thought i would have to face bankruptcy . I was embarassed that my life fell apart after i got sick. Fran and her staff were so helpful though this situation and got everything answered quickly. They helped me understand that it was not my fault so it was easier to deal with the process. they answered every call and email from me. After getting my discharge they sent me a package of goodies celebrating my new life, alone with lots of information on how to build up my credit score and how to budget now. I was discharged in February. Today i received a call making sure i was still doing okay and makiing sure no one in my family was having issues with the coronavirus. I had other lawyrs in the past who wouldn't even call me back when i was their client. She called me even after i was nolonger her client. Please don't go to any other bankruptcy lawyer.
