Frances is an excellent all-around attorney and a trusted legal advisor in all aspects personally and with respect to my business. I worked at Frances's office as a bookkeeper in one of my first professional roles, and after moving on to pursue my endeavors, she always stayed in touch. When I was ready to start my business over a year ago, she was instantly my first choice. She helped with the set up of my business about a year ago and she constantly checked in to see how it was growing without ever selling herself to me. When it was time to expand, she was there to help expand my business from solely New Jersey to New York. Personally, I have been involved with a couple traffic violations from greedy and ruthless police officers and state troopers. Frances fought relentlessly in the courts to bring these down to minimum charges or getting rid of some of them altogether. The Tomes Law Firm has been representing me for an odd Motor Vehicle Case regarding a Vehicle Title that was not lawfully passed on to me from an Ebay vehicle sale which now requires a NJ Court Order.
