When I first reached out to the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall, I immediately felt at ease. With a very unfortunate legal situation pending I knew right away I was in great hands. They got back to me immediately when many other firms never even replied. All fees were disclosed up front and his paralegal Alexis worked quickly for me since it was the Sunday before my hearing. They listened to every single detail that Sunday and requested a new court date so we had time to obtain discovery and properly prepare. His confidence and his knowledge in the charge was a big relief having so much at stake. The day of court, Raymond Tejeda showed up for me in more ways than I ever imagined. His skill is literally magic, because after much pushback, the prosecutor agreed to a complete dismissal of my case! I was immediatley given an expedited expungement and finally could put this all behind me as if it never even happened. I cannot thank Raymond and the staff at Jonathan F. Marshall enough! Not only did Raymond manage a dismissal somehow, he was quick on his feet and court was wrapped up in under an hour. Their fees are also very reasonable, and well worth every penny! This law office did an excellent job. My case was postponed a few times so I got to work with my lawyer (Matthew) on more than one occasion. He was pleasure to work with especially considering the circumstances and he kept me informed. I plead guilty but Matthew got me the minimal penalty and restrictions and had three of the charges removed. I whole heartedly endorse The Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall.
