We needed to retain lawyer service for criminal case. I spoke to about 5 law firms and decided to retain Jonathan Marshall's law form. Initially I spoke to the man himself who was very nice, detailed and helped answer all my questions. Thomas Huth, best lawyer ever! I was lucky my case was dismissed by Mr. Huth. I was referred by Anglin Rea & Cahalane for this great firm of Jonathan Marshall. After calling the secretary, she took all my information, and within one hour, Huth called me and told me what to do and what not, in case detectives show up for my case. Luckily, they didn't show up, and my case was dismissed after around 3 months.

I was a cause of an accident that involved myself at three other vehicles I was upset I needed some guidance so I called the law offices of Jonathan Marshall, which I found on the New Jersey Court website The ticket that was issued was for reckless driving, which carried a fine and two points added to my driving record in New Jersey William Wachowski represented me in court and was able to negotiate an unsafe driving penalty, which carried zero points and a fine under $400 I hope I am never in the situation again, but if I am, I would definitely call Mr. Wachowski. again!

When my daughter incurred what would have been a 4 point speeding violation in Fair Haven, I was upset, my insurance just cannot take another teenage point violation. Mr. Wachowski was able to have her violation changed to a 0 point ticket - quick, easy, she learns her lesson and pays a hefty ticket, but my insurance bill remains the same. Thank you Bill!
