Mr. Cardenas and his team are some of the best, and most caring lawyers around. I have known Mr. Cardenas as a colleague and as a client of his. I can’t say enough good things. Working with Mr. Cardenas relieved a ton of pressure and stress. He’s very honest, reliable, professional, and gets the job done! Additionally, Mr. Cardenas provides great advice! When I first met Mr. Speck I was in a very bad place. I was having legal troubles and didn’t know what to do. And right off the bat this gentleman calmed me and had me feeling that my situation will be alright. He’s a professional and reliable. He returned my calls and texts no matter what time of day and even tolerated my anxiety I was having. If he wasn’t a lawyer I’d swear he’s a psych therapist. Lower Your Stress Get the Right Representation I once read that there only two general sources of stress: 1) lack of control; and lack of predictability. If you need a lawyer, you have very little of no control or predictability - a high stress situation. My case involved probate. Something that you should not venture into without some legal guidance – in my opinion Mr. Lazaro Cardenas was patient, professional and empathetic in listening to the details of my case. After taking the case he demonstrated fluency with my circumstance details and provided insight in presenting my case to the judge. Through not eliminating the stress resulting from interacting with the legal system, Mr. Cardenas provided me with more control and predictivity, thus lowering my stress. Due to Mr. Cardenas commitment and knowledge of the law related to this case we prevailed resulting in me obtaining our goal and winning our case A super job by Mr. Lazaro Cardenas and staff. Having my mother in law sell her property of over 35 years we knew was going to be difficult especially with mom in Jersey and us in South Carolina. Turns out it was way easier than my wife and I thought using Mr Cardenas. Mom is 94 and not very mobile. Mr Cardenas even came to her home on a holiday weekend so she didn't have to leave . Mr Cardenas answered every question promptly and gave great advice when needed. I would without question use him again.

I had to file bankruptcy in order to keep my home. I fell on hard times and dealing with the mortgage company became impossible. As the mortgage company was trying to sell my house out from under me Mike stepped in and everything came to a halt. I hired Mr. Speck on the recommendation of another police officer. I have to say it worked out great. Not only did I not get Lifetime Alimony, my ex didn't get my pension. I have seen many other divorced Police officers get lifetime alimony (when married the same amount of time I was) and also lose half their pension. since hiring Mr. Speck I have recommended him to three of my friends who have also been very satisfied.
