There are some events in our lives that are scary. Mostly because we do not know how to handle them. A divorce is one of them. That is why choosing the Right Professional is so important! I made the right choice with Rachel and her firm! I was put "at ease" from the the first moment I had my consultation with Rachel. Through the whole procedure I knew the was someone there to help me at all times. She made sure I was kept up to date on any changes or items I needed to be aware of. What I thought would be a "bumpy road" was turned into a " very smooth one" THANKS TO RACHEL! A very Professional and Caring individual ! I highly recommend this firm and of course Rachel.

I hired Rachel Partyka for a post settlement case and was very disappointed at the apathy of her and her firm. I was made to spend a lot of money with no benefit. The adversary got away with everything because of the incompetence of this lawyer and the firm. I would highly recommend not using this firm or lawyer unless you have a lot of money at your disposal and want to just give it away.

I was referred to Rachel E. Partyka, Esq. by a friend after searching and evaluating several family law firms and was beyond blessed to have been given her information. Having to stomach the possibility of an divorce is one of the worst things a person can bear with all of the heartache and questions taking over your soul and to have someone like Rachel there for you can make this trying time in your life a little less painful to know she has your wellbeing at heart. Rachel quickly found time on her calendar to do a consultation with me and after speaking with a handful of lawyers before her I knew she was the person to stand by my side! She went over in detail to help me to understand and was not afraid to tell me what to and what not to do. During the time that I was working with Rachel and her team for the possibility of divorcing I was set at ease some because they were quick to reply to all of my emails and calls unlike other firms in which I waited for days on a response which is unnerving when you are dealing with such and ordeal. Rachel puts your mind at ease but she is a bulldog when it comes to doing what is needed for her client by being loyal and protective and getting to know you and what is in your best interest. I was at the point that I had the papers filled out and with her team to hold so that I could move forward with the divorce if needed and she never pressured me but told me to do what was right for myself and my baby. Some grace fell on my family and my spouse didn’t know I even had a lawyer and came to me saying that they were sorry and they were willing to work on us and our family. With that said Rachel kept in contact checking on me but still not pressuring me for any decision but let me know that she truly wished that things would work out for us since I wanted to take the second chance on my marriage since we married for love and I still had some left in my heart after all the turmoil. When I let Rachel know that I was not going to proceed with filing the paperwork she closed my account for me but reassured me that at times couples if they truly care can make things work but that she was there if needed in the future and even checked to make sure I was doing ok after my account was closed and it felt genuine and unselfish as it all felt as she worked with me. If you are tenderhearted like me she will be the person you want by your side to help you think clearly and give you the best advice and if you have more gumption compared to me she would still be the skilled lawyer I would want on my side. If Rachel or her team reads this I would like to thank all of you again for standing by my side during one of the most trying times of my life and giving me a sense of ease still knowing if things do not go as I hope that my baby I will have you as my advocate!

One of the most patient and caring people I know. During my divorce, Rachel was kind and truly a friend during the whole process. Her time is well worth it and over all I would recommend Rachel for ANYTHING.
