Erik Yngstrm and their staff are consummate professionals; dedicated to getting you the help you need

The purpose of this review is to highlight the exemplary job done by attorney Eric Yngstrom from Lomurro Law. Eric is an extremely effective listener who is not only professional and compassionate but is also honest and full of integrity. The best solution is not always the most obvious however after my initial conversation and subsequent meeting with Eric I knew Lomurro Law would be my best choice for legal representation in order to achieve my desired outcome. I have referred Eric to some my other associates and have received the same feedback.

I am extremely happy with the work and overall experience I had with Sean Wirth and his support team at Lomurro Law. I was worried I would lose everything, but Sean fully supported my initiatives and approach. He provided solid advice that helped influence and shape my decisions. Professional and skilled and take the time to listen

I dreamed of the day I would get to review Rich for how he handled my husband’s case. None of us, including Rich, anticipated how long and complex the case would become. My husband was charged with a 3rd degree crime that was upgraded to a 2nd. He has no prior criminal history but we were skating on thin ice because he is not a citizen yet and was in process during the case. Rich is an ultimate strategist that can see potential in situations most would never imagine. He is tenancious and brave when it comes to doing what is right. He never took the easy road, never encourgaed us to take a deal that would render my husband deportable, even though it would have been an easy option for him. He knew that a family would be broken up and justice would not be served. Rich fought on when no one else would have. He out manuevered the opposing counsel on many occasions. He also had a very relatable demeanor in the courtroom which made his case so much more clear. Because of the intersection of immigration and criminal law, Rich worked seemlesssly with immigration counsel to assure every move we made was the best for both situations. At all times, he was available to speak, explain, reassure, or just comfort us. He knew how scary this was and never once lost sight of that. Over the course of this case Rich became what feels like a friend. Ultimately, Rich saved our family and we will never forget that.
