Heather Martin was my attorney for the majority of the case. The judge called our case "Complex Case #1" as Heather I'm sure remembers. She is the best lawyer I've ever had and if she hadn't taken a leave from the firm, I probably would of stayed a client. Heather was the sole reason for me to remain a client. She's thorough, well prepared, and very attuned to what my needs were pertaining to the case. She was able to elaborate to the court my exact point of view and did it almost perfectly. The best way to describe her representation of me in and out of the court room was nothing short of a warrior poet. Once my case was turned over to an alternate attorney, I felt like I was getting charged by weinberger for zero services rendered. No offense to the other attorneys there but Heather was and is the only attorney for me. There's a reason the judge referred to our case as Complex Case #1 and Heather knew it better than anyone ever could before her and definitely after her. My daughter still does not speak to me but Heather got me closer than anybody else ever could of dreamed of coming close to. Unfortunately, the court closed the matter leaving it unresolved and I drive a 20 year old car because of the money I spent trying to have a relationship with my daughter. When I feel like I should of put the money to better use, I think about Heather Martin and how much she did for me in and out of the courtroom. I sincerely thank her and weinberger for having an attorney as wonderful as her. I'm a blue collar guy who hired a law firm that demands a high price and I could not afford to pay it anymore. However, if you do have lots of money to spend on such things, I recommend weinberger for your representation. Specifically Heather Martin if she is still there and available. Robyn was extremely attentive and detailed. I am very pleased with her representation and willingness to answer any and all of my questions.

Robyn Howlett has absolutely no morals. Totally devoid of ethics and no sense of responsibility at all. Ruined my life and health. Very slyly made me sign certain documents and abandoned the case. Never submitted the documents on time in the court. Sent me back to my home country for medical treatments. A man in my position has not much of a choice now. Will update about what I am going to do next...

Rachel was extremely competent and sensitive to how I wanted the matter handled after so many years of marriage. She was very responsive as well as every other member of the practice I interacted with. I would definitely recommend her.

Heather did a great job of representing me. I had an alimony case on which my ex moved in with her boyfriend and she was able to get my alimony payments removed and retro paid from time since the cohabitation. I also had a few more issues on the able as well and was able to get them all resolved. Thanks Heather and the WDF staff!

I had a very mixed experience working with Mr. Chehanske. Possibly partly related to the pandemic situation? Communication with him was not good - weeks would pass and I would not hear from him regarding my divorce case. For example, I initially had a default hearing scheduled for July 1, 2020. I did not know the hearing was postponed until two weeks prior to July 1 when I contacted him for guidance at that hearing. He seemed to forget to tell me that the hearing was postponed. Also, several times, he would contact me for information that I had previously provided to him. He seemed to have a problem accessing his record retention system. I was afraid I was being doubly charged for having to repeat information to him. An additional comment regarding Weinberger Divorce Group in general...when I was required to refresh my retainer, I always had a seven day deadline. No consideration was given to the pandemic situation. However, when Weinberger owed me a refund at the conclusion of my case, it took a month for me to receive the check.

Alon is always available to respond promptly to issues or concerns related to the mission at hand in order to move the process forward for properly closing on the property. He does that in a professional and courteous manner supported by his great staff. With focus and plenty of expertise, Alon is pleasure to work with..

Rachel and everyone that I dealt with at WDFLG were absolutely wonderful. Considering my issue was handled during the height of Covid and that I am 300 miles from their office, the experience was handled perfectly. Dear Rachel, Words cannot begin to express how thankful I am to you for all that you have done for me these past 8 years. Saying "thank you" somehow doesn't seem to even scratch the surface of how I truly feel. When my life became a living nightmare 8 years ago, I didn't know what I would have done without you to stand up and fight all the uphill battles that needed to be fought on my behalf, especially when I knew all the odds were against me and I wasn't feeling strong enough to fight myself. When I look back and replay all that happened, I still wonder how I got through it all. I know that without you on my side, my nightmare probably would have had a much different ending. I also realize that it was not an easy case in a lot of ways. You could have bailed out, but you didn't. You hung in there and stuck by me in spite of all the adversities in my case, and for all you have done for me, Rachel, I will be forever grateful. 'I thank you for giving me the opportunity to stand up for myself and what I believe in, and to let the family court system know they can't always go with the stereotypical norm.
