I contacted the office of Ms. Susan Clark on 3/21/23 and received a call back from Ms. Maria Franceschini today 3/22/23. Ms. Franceschini was not interested in hearing much of my case, she was rude and not an ounce of empathy. She literally got off the phone within 4 minutes. When you reach out to an attorney, you would want to receive at least the initial consultation and evaluation of the case (even if it not free of charge).

The long story would dilute the title. Ms. Clark will make everyone's life better.

Over the past few years I have retained Susan Schroeder Clark a couple of times for various incidents . Susan has the upmost knowledge of the law and was able to answer any question or concern I had immediately . Her professionalism was unsurpassed from the minute I first walked through her door .She made me feel very comfortable with her approach to discussing the facts from day one all the way through to the final outcome which I would have never had the same result if I had represented myself.
