This group came highly recommended to us by close friends, but we realized that they are far too busy to handle our business. The first time around (Spring 2021), the communication was a little slow and we lost touch. Months later, we reached out again. This time, my father was also interested in retaining Deborah. We had another phone meeting, and she was supposed to get back to us after she drew up documents. We waited weeks, reached out, no response to either of us. The last email I sent was back in September 2021. After speaking to other clients of hers recently, we were told that this lack of response is the norm with her company. Very frustrating.

I had my will, advanced directive, healthcare proxy, and durable power of attorney prepared by Guston & Guston and could not have had a better experience. They are knowledgeable, professional, and most important to me, responsive. I requested some changes to my documents because of my decisions and they were quick to update the documents and upload them to their online secure vault. On the day of signing, all the documents were prepare according to my wishes and signing process was simple. My partner and I have had two phone meetings that I felt went fairly well. Weeks go by and nothing. Her paralegal sends us and email and then a few more weeks go by. Present day we still have not heard back from this office. Very disappointed.
