I just finished a personal legal situation that began in 2021 and only just got resolved now in 2024. I live 1200 miles away from Mr. Spector because I had moved during this ordeal. It was my first time ever dealing with any criminal proceedings or having to defend myself in a court. I cannot say enough about Carl, he’s absolutely amazing. He’s thorough, very well spoken and clearly an expert at what he does. He is a true confidant to his clients, he gives you sound advice, very upfront with everything. When you watch Carl work on your behalf against a prosecutor, it’s a relief knowing that you have such great representation. Carl was able to get me a better resolution than I even wanted/expected. He stopped me from even considering accepting a plea deal because he knew he was capable of much better. I anticipate that if I chose a different attorney, I would not be in the amazing position I am today. It seems to me another attorney may have just compromised with prosecution and advised me to accept. I went from facing several serious charges and penalties…to pleading to a minor traffic offense. Truly amazing. After getting me an outstanding result, Carl even then began arguing on my behalf to get a $500 state surcharge waived, which I wasn’t even aware of. The judge actually included a provision for that possibility at the end of my proceedings. The judge had to look in a law book to reference what Carl was talking about, that’s the kind of knowledge and prestige he possesses. I have already recommended Carl to a family member regarding services and he will be my go to person in NY or NJ should I ever need representation again. He truly cares about his clients. Carl was able to get a refusal to breathalyze charge and multiple traffic violations dismissed. He maintained a professional attitude throughout and seems to care about his clients. I'd recommend him to others.

If you are looking for an attorney, do yourself a favor and look no further. Without going into the details of my case, I was charged with some very serious motor vehicle offenses which carried potentially very high fines and a loss of license. Carl went way above and beyond what I could have expected and worked tirelessly on my case, which went on for almost 2 years. I am happy to share with everyone my very positive experience with attorney Spector.
