We moved to New Jersey from out of state and it was our first time buying a home. David's top-notch professionalism, pro-active approach, and excellent advice, helped us know what to expect and stay a step ahead of things throughout the process. At every step of the way David applied hands-on oversight and attention to detail to ensure that everything was done correctly by all parties involved. It is only to his credit that we were provided a complete and accurate home inspection, correct and comprehensive information from our mortgage company, and experienced a smooth and successful closing with the Title Company. David made himself available at any time to answer all the questions we had (and trust me, we had a lot of questions). He provided clear guidance on points of uncertainty and single handedly moved along the home-buying process and everyone involved in it, until we crossed the finish line. We can tell you from our experience that if you're about to embark on purchasing a new home - David Joyandeh is the person to speak to.

This group came highly recommended to us by close friends, but we realized that they are far too busy to handle our business. The first time around (Spring 2021), the communication was a little slow and we lost touch. Months later, we reached out again. This time, my father was also interested in retaining Deborah. We had another phone meeting, and she was supposed to get back to us after she drew up documents. We waited weeks, reached out, no response to either of us. The last email I sent was back in September 2021. After speaking to other clients of hers recently, we were told that this lack of response is the norm with her company. Very frustrating.
