After being referred by a friend, I called to speak with someone about my Aunt who recently had a stroke. I was specific, during the phone call, about what I wanted to accomplish. I was told to come in to see Deb. When I got there someone else sat with me??? After 1.5 hours(that I was charged for) and being told things that I would have found in any related Google search, I was told they could not help. I was clear in the initial call. All I was given was all the reasons they could not help. No information gathered during the "consult" was necessary to be told this. It was a clear rip off. Be ware of this firm.They knew before I came in there was nothing they could do!
