I was purchasing a condo on my own for the first time, David was friendly and warm, patient with my numerous questions and very thorough. There were a few opportunities to back out of the purchase and he explained them in detail, giving me space to make my own decisions. He was composed at the closing when additional difficulties arose and never wavered professionally. I felt he was supportive throughout the purchase and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Mrs Mandelson helped me with my younger brother with his speeding violations and dropped it down to a simple small fine. Then my son had even more driving violations and she still dropped down the charges to a small fine. She's a great criminal attorney as well, I had a false criminal charges against me and she completely had the charges dismissed, no fine or anything.... I recommend her because she is brilliant.
