My name is Jose A. Valencia and I wrote this review for public information of the great service that attorney Maria Gesualdi has provided to various of my organizations. I have known Ms. Gesualdi for over 25 years, and in every service that was assigned to her she has demonstrated the upmost professionalism, care for our best interest, and completed her work in expedited time. I also want to give kudos to her amazing staff; they also have demonstrated great knowledge and the most courteous service to me and my partners. Her professional fees are very fair. When it comes to legal matters I rather deal with a practice where the owner is the one attending to my service and not just an employee; so, if you feel the same way as I do, and you want honest and expedited service, then I recommend you consider the services of Maria Gesualdi.

I have been working with Maria for over 5 years and every single transaction has been completed only because of her extreme knowledge and professionalism. For some reason none of my closings are ever simple yet Maria manages to get the deal to a close. She is TRULY exceptional and I can't recommend her enough. 5 stars is not enough it should be 10.

Maria made things possible for me .She came in with her sleeves up ready to work after I couldn’t continue with my previous attorney .2 weeks before closing !I closed yesterday successfully .

Super professional attorney

If I could give zero stars I would… I actually gave Maria a whole lot of chances before writing this review. I don’t recommend her as an attorney not one bit. She is untrustworthy and unreliable. This was seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business professional. It’s sad to say but Maria only cares about getting paid. She lost my $30,000 earnest money deposit check during closing which I found out less than a week before closing. I’ve never known any attorney to mail a large check via regular mail instead of certified. I almost lost the house and my lease was ending so I was close to being homeless.The whole time she would not return any phone calls from me or my realtor. We were in the dark throughout the entire process. I had to scramble for 30,000 thankfully I was able to borrow the money from someone. Once she found out I had funds to replace the EMD, then she conveniently reaches out to me about closing. Per my request, She agreed she would take care of my LLC deed transfer for the inconvenience that she caused. Of course once the deal was closed and funds were transferred this lady went incognito once again . I intended to pay for a service , not for a faulty transaction. I feel completely ripped off.

I have been working with Maria Gesualdi for over 20yrs with all my legal business, home buying and selling, contracts, closings. The Gesualdi Team are very reliable,honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and excellent customer service.

Be careful do not hire this people. The worst law practice and ethics ever. They do steal money!!!

Maria was recommended to me by my real estate broker grace Mancini. I sold my home after being here for almost 50 years my father is 88 I am 55 she made us feel so comfortable her response back-and-forth with me was impeccable. She Did beyond what I thought she would do. she made my father so comfortable. It was very stressful trying to sell my home Maria made it so much easier the girl's in her office worked with me on a constant basis They are so polite and so knowledgeable. I really made a good choice I highly highly recommend her for all your real estate legal matters. I really cannot thank her enough for what she has done.
